Your leavers hoodies are finally here! We know how keen you are to get your hands on them. Please read carefully the details of when and how you may collect them.
Due to current circumstances we must ensure that these are distributed safely to students using social distancing measures. Therefore, hoodies can only be collected on the specified date, by students, on Monday 13 July or Wednesday 15 July, during the allocated time slot. Please note that collection of multiple hoodies will not be possible.
Please can students also return any school GCSE/BTEC text books or borrowed school equipment on the day.

There will be a separate collection date of Thursday 16 July for those students who are unable to collect their hoodies on these specific days. In order to avoid any disappointment please can you ensure that you have paid in full on Parent Pay: www.parentpay.com
All payments need to be made by Sunday 12 July. We cannot distribute any hoodies that have not been paid for. If you have any enquiries about payment please contact our Finance Office: s.jenkins@rvhschool.co.uk
Collection Arrangements
At their allotted time, students should enter the school drive at the top left (via our STEP centre) where they will be directed to the Sports Hall to collect their hoodie.
As students will potentially be queuing on arrival, they should ensure they have suitable protection in case the weather is poor.
Only buses, staff cars and service taxis are allowed on the main drive. If you are bringing your child to collect their hoodie by car, you will need to drop off and collect your child outside of the school premises. Finally, we would be grateful if you could ensure that you have discussed the importance of socially distancing on the way to and from school if your child is making their own way to school.
