That’s the first half-term of the new academic year done! We hope everyone has settled into the new academic year. We’ve so much to celebrate already. Read on to find out about all the amazing things taking place in our school.
Friday 5 March is another drop down day, when we suspend our usual timetable to make way for activities that develop wider knowledge and skills and support wellbeing. Here’s what’s on offer for students today.
Year 7 Drop down day teaches the students valuable lessons about themselves and key important topics such as drug awareness, alcohol abuse, mental health and how to deal with stress. The day involved an interactive performance by Quality Schools Workshop and soem other important guests.
On iDays, we suspend normal lessons for the day to give us time and space to explore all sorts of different learning experiences. The February, it was the turn of Year 8 and we had a brilliant time.
