Apply for emergency childcare provision during school closure first week of term January 2021
From Tuesday 5 to Friday 8 January, school will only be open to Years 11 and 13, and children who absolutely need to attend - specifically those of essential key workers and our most vulnerable students. All other students will learn remotely for that week.

Here is the full list of jobs the Government has provided of qualifying ‘key workers’. Only one parent needs to be a key worker to qualify. ‘Vulnerable children’ include children who are supported by social care, those with safeguarding and welfare needs, including child in need plans, on child protection plans, ‘looked after’ children, young carers, disabled children and those with education, health and care (EHC) plans.
